Lending Law
Our attorneys represent many institutional lenders in commercial loan transactions. In such capacity, we prepare loan documents, review and negotiate title insurance coverage, and otherwise coordinate closings. We also routinely act as lender's counsel in foreclosure proceedings throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
